6 Ways To Raise Your Vibration & Frequency To Manifest

Today I want to share with you my favorite ways to raise your vibration. We’re talking all about energy, because 90% of your success is down to your energy and your belief systems. This is something that I really struggled with early on in my business but now I can use my experience to help you avoid this!

I’m not going to lie, sometimes I have bad weeks where it is a challenge to raise my vibrations, especially when people are cancelling or unsubscribing, there are negative comments on social media, or things just aren’t going to plan. So, how can we control our environment to vibrate high and be in alignment even when things feel like they’re going wrong?

Here are 6 of my favorite energetic, vibrational techniques that I love to use to keep my energy high.

1. Nature Walks
There is nothing like a nature walk. When I really need to space out, empty my head and connect with nature, I will go out to the nearby lake and just walk. Sometimes I will play a meditation whilst I am walking to allow my thoughts to flow free.

I take a few deep breaths, appreciate the beauty around me and express gratitude for it. This puts me in a light mood and gives me clarity to move forward.

2. Give In To Rest
I know a lot of entrepreneurs can feel really guilty for resting. We can be really hard on ourselves when we just want to do nothing. But rest should be a big part of your marketing strategy.

Sometimes the best way to get things moving in your business is to do nothing, and I know that might sound strange but it really does work! So stop giving yourself a hard time about it and just relax sometimes! Learn how to say no and not feel guilty about it.

3. Music
Create a playlist with your go-to songs and play it any time you need a pick-me-up. You might also want to try meditative music to help you sleep better and calm you down if you’re feeling uptight. Music is a great way to raise your vibrations, even when you’re not in the mood.

4. Dancing
Get your dance on to some of your favorite music! It’s a lot of fun and a great way to raise your frequency!

5. Affirmations
This one of my favorites. I love to affirm myself by journaling. I’ll choose 5-10 affirmations that I want to live for a while, then write them down and say them out loud. You can also listen to them on pre-recorded albums, songs and playlists.

6. A Great Support System
If you have friends or family members in your circle that seem to lower your vibrations, it’s time to reevaluate your circle. Put yourself around people that pull you up when you’re down. There are going to be times when you need people to encourage you, so surround yourself with people who do that – and remember to encourage them back too!
